Shrimp Fajita Recipe

A step-by-step guide for Shrimp Fajitas!

Quorn Fajita Recipe 

The calorie count of this dish is about 400 calories per serving. Let’s see what all makes this tempting dish of Quorn Fajitas.  

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 225gm courgettes, sliced
  • 2 red onions, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3*100 g of quorn fillets, cut into long strips
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • ½ iceberg lettuce shredded to garnish
  • Cooking spray
 

Method 

  • In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, with sauce and chili flakes.  Add the quorn and mix.
  • Spray a pan with some cooking spray and heat it. Ad the quorn strips, courgettes and pepper. Cook them for 5-6 minutes over the high heat until the edges begin to char.
  • Wrap the tortillas in a foil and heat them in oven for about 5 minutes
  • Divide the filling into 8 tortillas, drizzle some yogurt and scatter some coriander.
  • The Quorn Fajita dish is ready to be served.
 

To add some more flavor to Quorn Fajitas, you can add shredded cheese.
